This page reads /api/public/status every 30 seconds. The web application and data store are probed live; scheduled jobs are watched via our daily heartbeat; email delivery and third-party integrations default to operational and are flipped to degraded by our operators during a known incident.
For a critical issue, your dashboard's own "connection status" chip is the fastest signal — it reads from the live token for your account.
